These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and Vilnek Private Limited (CIN: U72900GJ2020PTC113166). By accessing or deploying our software platforms, cloud infrastructure, or decentralized P2P networks, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
1. Enterprise Platform SLA
99.9% Cloud AvailabilityVilnek guarantees a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement for cloud production nodes across iDentist Live, iHospital Live, iSchool Live, VMC, Cashbook Live, and Vilnek Network, calculated on a calendar month basis excluding scheduled maintenance announced with 48 hours notice.
2. P2P & Blockchain Acceptable Use
Zero-Compromise SecuritySubscribers and node operators agree not to use Vilnek decentralized tunnels or media relays for distributing malicious payloads, illegal transactions, or unauthorized content. Transmitting parties maintain sole legal responsibility for their encrypted payloads.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Proprietary Assets & Open FOSSAll proprietary algorithms, 3D visualizers, trademarks, and corporate branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vilnek Private Limited. Open-source platform components are licensed under their respective FOSS licenses.
4. Currency & Indian Taxation
INR Denomination • 18% GSTAll enterprise quotations and platform subscription pricing within India are denominated in Indian Rupees (e.g., ₹ 1,499 / mo) and subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST at 18%). Payments are processed through verified Indian banking channels.
5. Official Communications
Corporate ChannelAll legal notices, enterprise inquiries, and compliance correspondence must be directed to our official corporate desk at info@vilnek.in. Statutory corporate entity registered under MCA, Govt. of India.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Republic of IndiaThese terms and any disputes arising out of the use of Vilnek services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. The courts of India shall hold competent jurisdiction over all legal claims.
